Problems with Photo Paper

I just wanted to write a short announcement today (here and also on my social media) to let you know about an issue with some of the Photo Transfer sheets.

It has come to my attention that there is a fault with the latest batch of the photo paper I supply. I have been using the same brand since 2017 without any issues, but the most recent batch seems to have a problem with the coating, making it difficult to use. I’ve contacted the manufacturers and am waiting to hear back from them, but in the meantime I wanted to apologise to anyone who has had trouble with the paper recently and to ask you to get in touch about any problems.

I have sourced some new paper from a different manufacturer that works in the same way as the usual paper. This will now be included in any of the photo paper packs and starter kits, so you can continue to transfer your photos easily.

Please email me at stitchbookstudio@gmail.com with your order number or details of where you purchased, plus info about your issue.

Thanks,

Kim
