Collection of Information

We  collect  information  you  provide  directly  to  us.  For  example,  we  collect  information  when  you  create  an  account, subscribe  to  a  newsletter  or  email  list,  participate  in  an  event,  survey,  contest  or  promotion,  make  a  purchase,  communicate  with  us  via  third party  social  media  sites,  request  customer  support  or  otherwise  communicate  with  us. The  types  of  information  we  may  collect  include  your  name,  email  address,  postal  address,  phone  number,  payment  information  (such  as  your  credit  or  debit  card  and  billing  address),  preference  or  interest  data,  and  any  other  information  you  choose  to  provide.

We only ask you for the minimum information we need to provide you with a professional service at the time of ordering. The information provided is only used to fulfill your specific request and cannot be used for any other purpose unless permission is given by the person providing the information.

We will only contact you with information about our products and services and only then if you choose to participate in our Newsletter or mailing programme (Via MailChimp), which you can opt out of at any time.

Online Orders and Payments:

We use Paypal and Stripe to fulfil payments through our online Woocommerce shop. We do not retain any of your financial details, once your purchase has been completed.

Personal information, such as name, address, phone number, and email address, is collected for purposes of client communication for order fulfilment, and is retained for tax purposes for 5 years. This information is stored securely both off and on-line. All personal information entered into PayPal will be subject to PayPal’s privacy policy.

Comments:

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
