Cotton Tape

This is a blank cream woven cotton ribbon that is perfect for using as a background for stamped lettering for your Stitchbooks. For an example of how to use the ribbon see my blog post: Stamped Text.

Some ribbons will absorb the ink and create blurred, weak lettering, but this ribbon keeps the ink crisp so you can see each letter clearly. The surface is pretty smooth for a woven ribbon so this also allows the stamp to remain clear.

To use, stamp out your lettering, cut to size and stitch to your page. The cut ends might fray so you can tuck them under or apply fray stop.

Sold per metre. If you want 2+ metres please add multiple items to your basket and they will be cut as a continuous length.
