Buy Ready-Made or Sew Your Own?
Sewing Patterns
Stitchbook Studio now produces fabric book sewing patterns. Use your own fabric to create a unique design from scratch.
These are perfect for using up offcuts and fabrics from your stash and they come with multiple variations and suggestions for customisation. The first pattern ‘Ravelin’ is the same design as the pre-made books, but other patterns are available, helping you explore a wider range of fabric book designs.
Pre-Made
There are a wide range of pre-made fabric books that are ready for you to stitch with your own designs. Simply remove each page from the binding rings, open out the page and add your design. Folding pages mean your messy page backs will be hidden.
These come in a range of sizes, shapes and fabrics and are suitable for any fabric project.

How Can I Help You?
Made by hand by a very small team
All of the books, sewing patterns and Stitchbook Studio branded embellishments on this website are made by hand by Kim or her small team from a tiny studio in Portsmouth Museum. We sell direct to customers only, and do not have the capacity to sell wholesale. Any versions of these books found through third party sites are not made by us, even if they are using our images.
We sell via this website and the Kim Edith Etsy shop only.

“What a brilliant idea. I'm used to stitching and then putting my books together, but that is a job I usually put off. I love this book so much, it has made my stitching so enjoyable.
